Q. Is your equipment new?
A. The Baby Travel Company only buys new equipment from trusted brand names. Our gear meets regulatory standards and is certified by the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association (JPMA). We also subscribe to the US Consumer Product Safety Commission’s Recalls.gov site to ensure that if an item is ever recalled, we are notified and will pull it from our inventory immediately.

Q. How is the equipment cleaned?
A. For your peace of mind, prior to delivery, all equipment is meticulously checked, cleaned and sanitized. We follow Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) procedures on how to sanitize equipment after each use. 

Q. When do I need to make payment?
A. Full payment is due prior to delivery. Once your order is confirmed, we require a credit card to hold your reservation.

Q. Do you charge for delivery?
A. For your convenience we will deliver, setup and pickup the equipment. Delivery charges depend on location and time of delivery. The standard delivery charge for Miami is $35 and $45 for Ft. Lauderdale.

Q. Is there a minimum order?
A. There is a $50 minimum rental required. There is also a 3-day minimum rental for FULL-SIZED cribs

Q. What methods of payments do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express

Q. Where do you deliver?  
A. We will deliver to hotels, private homes and condos in Miami and parts of Fort Lauderdale. We will make delivery arrangements based on your travel requirements. 

Q. How is the delivery made?
A. At the time of ordering, please include the time and location where you would like us to deliver your order. It is very important that customers advise hotel concierges or private residence guards that we will be making delivery. Please note that most condominiums do not allow deliveries or pick-ups on weekends or after hours. Most deliveries to condominiums are allowed between 9.00am-4.00pm on weekdays only.

Q. When should we place the order?
A. To ensure full availability, we highly recommend that you place your order as soon as you have your travel plans made.

A. Ordering is a very simple process. Simply review the equipment page and select the equipment you would like to rent. You can place your order online or simply call us at (305) 439-2990. If you prefer, Email us your request to 
info@babytravelcompany.com and our representatives will contact you within 24 hours. You can also download the order form and fax to (305) 468-6236.
